The 1st Workshop on Artificial Intelligence in Structural Biology, held 25–28 May 2025 at the Department of Pharmacy, University of Patras.
The 4-day event supported MILESTONE’s mission to internationalize and widen partners and strengthen their role in EU R&I consortia, while making use of existing research capacity. The program combined lectures, discussions, and selected hands-on practical sessions.
Through training, knowledge sharing, and skill development, the workshop contributed to building expertise in research, management, and communication within the field of structural biology. The event focused on bioinformatics, structure prediction methods, molecular dynamics calculations, fast NMR data analysis, structure detrminationand drug screening and design efforts using machine learning.
